ICYMI, Eugenie Bouchard made waves yesterday after posting a photo to Instagram of her freshly quasi-buzzed ‘do. Even though reactions seemed to be pretty polarized, the half-shaved style is nothing new—everyone from Rihanna to Scarlett Johannson has experimented with some form of the look.
Of course actually submitting to the permanency of a razor shows way more commitment than simply getting crafty with bobby pins, which is why if you’ve ever actually considered taking the plunge with this look, you’ve probably had some misgivings.
