With the countdown to Canada’s biggest summer bash officially on, more and more details are beginning to roll in. Hosting alongside MMVA veterans Liz Trinnear and Tyrone Edwards, Cara will take to the stage as host for the first time. We couldn’t be more excited or proud of the Brampton-born singer. As for Joe, this isn’t his first (musical) rodeo. If you recall, the DNCE singer shared co-hosting duties with his brothers Nick and Kevin back in 2009.
Aside from confirmed performances by DNCE, Lorde, Imagine Dragons and Julia Michaels, there aren’t many details out at this time. But you can count on us to keep you posted on which buzzy musical guests will be landing in Toronto. Stay tuned.
The 2017 iHeartRadio MMVAs will take place Sunday, June 18, at 8 p.m. ET on Much, MTV, E! and Much.com.
