Minnie Driver wore a black Paul & Joe mini-dress with embellished shoulders to the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala yesterday. From the front it looks like she’s wearing a cape or weird sleeves, but the back view reveals a big swag of fabric. Either way, is it working for you?
