Puma and Dua Lipa drop a ’90s-inspired collection
A new Puma capsule dubbed “Flutur” just dropped, and Dua Lipa is behind it. For their first-ever product collaboration, Lipa and Puma created a limited release of ‘90s-inspired apparel and footwear. The first four pieces are available to shop now, with the rest of the collection slated to launch in 2022. The centrepiece of the capsule? A new logo that intertwines the pop superstar’s name with a butterfly.
“For me, butterflies are more than just beautiful creatures. They represent so much, like transformation, hope and metamorphosis. Over this past year the butterfly has become especially symbolic and meaningful to me,” said Lipa in a press release. “The name of the capsule, ‘Flutur,’ is the Albanian word for butterfly. I chose it to pay homage to my heritage while also celebrating this new beginning with Puma.”

To double down on the uniqueness of each piece, no sewing machines were used in the process — the collection is entirely hand-crafted.
