Everlane is Returning to Nordstrom Canada with a Six-Week Pop-Up
Although the long, sunny days of summer are well and truly over for another year (that was painful to write), we’re excitedly looking forward to crisp fall days. And the excuse for a new wardrobe that the new season brings. Thankfully, building said wardrobe has just been made even easier thanks to news of Everlane’s upcoming pop-up store in Nordstrom Canada.
The Meghan Markle-approved brand has announced that it will return to Nordstrom in Vancouver’s Pacific Centre and Toronto’s Eaton Centre from October 4-November 17.
In addition to a collection of its sought-after clean denim, leather totes and footwear, the super eco-friendly brand is also bringing an exclusive collection of its Grade-A Cashmere Collection in new shades. For the first time, customers will be able to shop the brand’s Cashmere Crew in persimmon, pink lipstick and purple, as well as Tread by Everlane, which the brand describes as “the world’s lowest impact sneaker”, in an exclusive neon yellow.
The brand’s best-sellers will also be available for purchase, including its Clean Silk collection which is “certified free of over 900 potentially harmful chemicals from the manufacturing process” and its ReNew Outerwear line of puffer and fleece jackets “made from 3 million recycled plastic bottles.”
On the pop-up, Erika Edelson, the VP of Merchandising for Everlane, said in a release, “By offering our best-selling items like our clean denim and ReNew collection made from recycled plastic bottles, we’re able to bring sustainable options to the Nordstrom customer, while also educating them on the supply chain.” Olivia Kim, Nordstrom’s vice president of creative projects, added, “I continue to believe in Everlane’s mission to provide everyone around the world with well-designed, high-quality basics with a strong commitment to sustainability. It’s an important opportunity for our customers to stay informed and educated on where their products come from.”
Everlane is known for its unwavering commitment to sustainability and producing fashion without harming the environment. Late last year it announced that it will eliminate all virgin plastic from its supply chain by 2021.
If you’re not in Vancouver or Toronto, not to worry, as the pop-up will also be available online.
