H&M slays the game with Conscious Beauty, a line of eco-friendly products
As if the epic 700-product beauty line that H&M launched back in the fall wasn’t enough, the brand is launching Conscious Beauty, a line of 30 eco-friendly, sustainable, organic products. Created to complement H&M’s Conscious fashion collections, which the brand describes as “good for people, the planet and your wallet,” the beauty line features aluminium-free deodorant, dry shampoo, tinted lip balm, organic soaps and more. In fact, not only are the products sustainably produced, but they’re sold in recyclable packaging, and made with certified organic ingredients like aloe vera, white tea, jojoba oil and shea butter.
“We already offer conscious choices with our fashion collections so it is natural for us to have the same offering within our beauty collection,” said H&M Beauty concept designer, Sara Wallander. “We always aim to develop our products to high and responsible standards in both materials and production. With the Conscious range we have taken this philosophy even further. We are very proud to now be able to offer organic beauty to our customers.”
H&M Conscious Beauty will begin rolling out in the next week or so, and the full line will be available in stores by the end of March.
