Jane Fonda Releases a Line of Tracksuits for COVID-19 Relief
Jane Fonda, the reigning queen of Instagram, is using her time in quarantine very well. Not only did she revive one of her iconic workouts from the 80s, but she’s also turned her hand to design to help COVID-19 relief efforts.
Earlier this month, the Monster in Law actress posted a photo of herself wearing a grey tracksuit with rainbow piping down the leg and back of the hoodie emblazoned with her surname. Casually modelling the piece in her own home (in Washington DC where she recently relocated to dedicate all of her time to fighting for action on climate change), Fonda looked impossibly chic, as always. And if you’re keen to emulate her lockdown style (I’m raising my own hand right now), then you’re in luck as the tracksuits are for sale following a huge response from fans.
Overnight, Fonda posted another photo of herself in the sweats (this time perched on a chair and patting a puppy and still looking fabulous) with an accompanying caption that read, “After seeing the incredible outpouring of live for the sweat suits, my friends at Crafted LA decided to produce a limited run of the collection to donate 100% of net proceeds to @FireDrillFriday and @1FairWage_Official. Each purchase will help the fight against climate change and provide assistance to our service industry and tipped workers affected by COVID-19.”
The Jane Fonda tracksuit is available in grey, as well as navy (they retail for approximately CAD$120), and there are also two white tees on offer to complete your luxe loungewear look. Get yours here.
