The mini dress was definitely the outfit of choice for many celebrities this summer. While young stars like Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez showed their love for the shorter length, Jennifer Aniston proved that with a toned physique, you can pull this look off at any age. While promoting her new film We’re the Millers, Aniston wore a mini dress not once, but twice—and rocked it both times.
While the London premiere was dreary with the rainfall, the Friends star got heads turning when she arrived on the red carpet. Opting for an outfit in tune with summer, Aniston wore a mini blue floral-print dress by Christian Dior from the Resort 2013 collection, complete with a contrasting white floral underskirt. While she accessorized with a pair of black-heeled sandals by Casadei, we couldn’t keep our eyes off of her incredible engagement ring. Known for her effortless beauty and style, Aniston topped off her look with her famous tousled waves, rosy cheeks and a touch of red for her lips.
Though it was refreshing to see the actress choose a dress in a colour other than black, it didn’t last long. At the Berlin We’re the Millers premiere, Aniston went back to black. However, it was certainly a more edgy style than we’re used to seeing on her: Dressed in head to toe Alexander McQueen, the actress wore a little black dress that featured cap-sleeves and a pleated skirt. Glamming up her look, she added texture to her ensemble with a black leather corset belt by McQueen and crocodile leather clutch by Givenchy. She finished off her look with a pair of classic black platform pumps also by McQueen. Keeping her makeup similar to that from London, Aniston also continued to experiment with her Kristen Stewart-esque hairstyle: loose, disheveled curls and tossed over to one side.
