It’s another day on the Canadian tour and another flawless look from Kate Middleton. Early this morning the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge flew to Vancouver—without the tots—to continue their royal engagements. On today’s itinerary they were set to meet with members of Sheway, which is a charity and community program that helps struggling mothers battle drug addiction, as well as visit the Immigrant Services Society, the Telus Gardens to meet young leaders and the Kitsilano Coast Guard Station to meet first responders. #phew.
For today’s back-to-back program, we were once again surprised — but pleasantly so — with Kate’s choice of wardrobe. Arriving at the Jack Poole Plaza and the Olympic Cauldron via a seaplane, the Duchess stepped out in a beautiful red-and-white eyelet dress by Alexander McQueen. While we’re still waiting to see if she’ll wear a Canadian designer, the future Queen of England at least gave a nod to our national colours. Her matchy-matchy accessories, which included standout red pumps and a Miu Miu clutch, were perfect. So, too, was her hair! Those bouncy-bouncy curls induced instant envy.
