The baby bump hath arrived! Kinda. As the Duchess of Cambridge’s second pregnancy progresses (she’s at the four month mark, by our counts), her stomach is going from teeny to… less teeny and we will obviously analyze every expectant inch! Today, Kate Middleton made an appearance in Norfolk, where she attended a fundraiser for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices. As patron of the hospices, the Duchess has made visits a priority (she launched the Tree Hospice back in 2012) and met with hundreds of families, volunteers and supporters at today’s event. She also debuted a special-edition line of flower and insect-themed pottery she designed in collaboration with Emma Bridgewater to help raise funds for the hospices (£5 from each sale will go to the fund).
The Duchess wore a red A-line dress by Katherine Hooker for today’s event, showcasing a wee bump visible from the side. She’s been keeping said bump conveniently hidden lately (see peplum), so it was nice to get an extra creeper look. She paired the dress with what else, Jimmy Choo heels, this time choosing the Aimee pump, as well as a pendant necklace by Mappin and Webb and green amethyst drop earrings by Kiki McDonough. The other big news of the day was the Duchess’s ponytail, which featured an extra bit of oomph at the back. The Bump It’s gone royal, folks!
