Kate Middleton wears Mulberry for her final appearance before maternity leave

TGIF, indeed! Kate Middleton blessed us with one last appearance before she goes off to prep for Royal Baby #2. She may have got the world buzzing with her affordable Asos dress at her last rumoured appearance, but we think today’s outfit is a beautiful way to end Royal Baby Bump Watch II.
Though the due date is fast approaching (it’s rumoured to be April 20th), the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had a jam-packed day. Prince William and Kate visited volunteers, supporters and press from organizations like the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust at the Stephen Lawrence Centre and the XLP (The eXeL Project), which are charities working towards creating brighter futures for young people with tragic pasts.
Kate has been keeping things relatively neutral and subdued, wardrobe wise, in the past month. But for today’s outing, the Duchess looked radiant in a fuchsia double-breasted, wool and silk blend coat by Mulberry. However, choosing a rather punchy pink colour for today’s meetings has us questioning if Kate is hinting the sex of the baby? (!!!) Only time will tell.
We last saw Kate wearing this vibrant pink coat in New York at the National September 11th Memorial Museum. While she worked a more winter-appropriate look back then, with spring having sprung, the Duchess went sans tights this time around. Opting for the same black accessories, which also happen to be her fave combo as of late, Kate completed her outfit with a pair of black Stuart Weitzman ‘Power’ pumps and a Mulberry Bayswater clutch. And under all that envious, luscious hair, Kate accessorized with new Kiki McDonough morganite cushion-cut earrings.
Let the countdown begin!
