Kim Kardashian’s Makeup Artist Just Got a Major New Beauty Gig
Laura Mercier is joining the influencer game, adding Mario Dedivanovic (aka Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist) to its roster.
The brand has enlisted Dedivanovic to join its Laura Mercier Makeup Artist Collective, which also includes artists Pati Dubroff, Jenn Streicher and Mary Greenwell, all of whom were hand-picked by Mercier herself, reports WWD.
“He’s [Dedivanovic] bringing a lot of excitement to the world of makeup artistry, and that’s not just through social media,” Alexandra Papazian, general manager of Laura Mercier, told WWD. “It’s a very powerful tool…his social media following is impressive and an interesting platform for the brand but what I found interesting is the whole concept of his passion for education.”
As part of the Laura Mercier Collective, Mario is set to work on the brand’s spring 2018 campaign, develop social media content and appear at events on behalf of Laura Mercier. He was also responsible for the fall 2017 campaign featuring the first Mercier Muse, Suki Waterhouse.
The partnership between Mario and Laura Mercier isn’t entirely surprising, however. The celeb makeup artist has been using a lot of Laura Mercier makeup on his celebrity clients recently, including on Mrs. Kardashian-West.
We can’t wait to see what this partnership brings!
