Kylie Cosmetics is Being Accused of Selling Empty Highlighters
Kylie Cosmetics has seen its fair share of controversies, and it looks they aren’t ending anytime soon.
After being accused of repackaging old lip kits and selling them for a higher price, Kylie Jenner’s company is now under fire for sending empty highlighter packages to customers.

According to Allure, the much-anticipated $22 (USD) Kylighters, sold out in less than three minutes, so it’s no surprise why customers who actually managed to snag the product were disgruntled with what came in the mail. But missing product wasn’t the only issue with the Kylighter shipments — other customers received boxes of “Cotton Candy Cream” highlighter with the label taped overtop of another name: “First Date,” a limited-edition blush shade from Kylie Cosmetics’ Valentine’s collection.
When Jenner first introduced her highlighters on Snapchat, “Cotton Candy Cream” visibly had the same label taped onto the box. Kylie pointed out it was a “sample hehe.”
Interesting.
So far, neither Kylie nor Kylie Cosmetics have yet to issue an official statement on the matter, however, customer service has been answering angry customers via social media, offering to send replacement packages.

Here’s hoping Kylizzle learns from this mishap, or at least, like realizes stuff how important quality control is.
