Kylie Jenner Just Caused Snapchat’s Stock Market Value to Drop $1.3 Billion
Nothing is reflective of the power of the Kardashian-Jenner clan quite like this latest piece of news. A nonchalant tweet from new mom Kylie Jenner to her 24.5 million followers about how she barely uses Snapchat caused the shares in the social media enterprise’s parent company Snap to plummet 7%, costing it over a billion dollars in stock market value.
sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me… ugh this is so sad.

She may have followed up that initial tweet with another one just ten minutes later about how she still loves the app, but unfortunately the damage was done.
still love you tho snap … my first love

Though this was an innocent comment, we’re sure Kylie will think twice before dissing a product on any of her highly visible social media platforms in the future. Who knows what havoc it could wreak?
