Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Bought a Christmas Tree Together
On the spectrum of romantic moments, Meghan and Harry have knocked some pretty sweet ones off the list: First, Prince Harry released a statement telling the press to bugger off and leave his GF alone (OK, it didn’t go exactly like that, but in a nutshell); then, Meghan was spotted wearing an adorable golden monogram chain with “M” and “H” spaced apart just so, raising the bar for partners everywhere to up their gifting ante; third, Prince Harry made an unexpected pitstop in Toronto to visit Markle at her home on his way home from his Caribbean tour; and most recent, the gorgeous duo was spotted buying a Christmas tree together—a six-foot Normann Fir, according to People, for any Xmas-tree enthusiasts—at Pines and Needles in London. This activity lets us know what kind of couple they aim to be: Erring more on the side of basic than pomp and circumstance. From this event, I think it’s safe to say that they’re in it for the long haul. Whether or not there will be a shiny ring under the tree is TBD, but there’s no doubt that Prince Harry will pull out all the stops this holiday in the coziest ways imaginable.
