Meghan Markle Wore a Camel-Coloured Preen Dress to Meet With Young Leaders During UK Visit
In amongst their many engagements this week in London as part of their ‘farewell’ tour to royal life, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle met with young leaders at Buckingham Palace for an afternoon of discussion. The Sussexes shared previously unseen photos from the meeting on their Instagram page last night, writing, “Sharing an outtake from filming last week for @Queens_CommonWealth_Trust (QCT) as The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met with young leaders in their roles as President and Vice President.”
In the two snaps, Harry and Meghan can be seen laughing and smiling with Kiran Kaur and Amna Akhtar of GirlDreamer, QCT advisor Kenny Imafidon, founder of Stand Tall Women and author Esther Marshall, Victor Ugo, the founder of Mentally Aware Nigeria Initiative, and Izzy Obeng, the founder of Foundervine.
For the meeting, Meghan opted for a camel coloured midi dress from Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. The plissé-georgette dress was a step away from the bright hues she had worn on public outings during the trip, however the timeless hue and relaxed asymmetric cut were perfect for the occasion. If you’re keen to get your hands on the Preen piece, there are limited sizes still available on Net-a-Porter. Meghan complemented the dress with her signature neutral makeup and softly waved hair.
It is not yet known when the pair will next be seen. Meghan has returned to Canada, however Harry is reportedly still in the UK finalizing details for future work. Their royal roles officially end (for the next year) on March 31, after which it is expected that more details around their plans for their future endeavours will be revealed – alongside a new Instagram handle, too. Stay tuned.
