NCLA’s Pressed Collection Nail Polishes Are Juice-Themed (Think Kale and Carrots)
Another day, another health and wellness trend, right? Between Crossfit, barre, yoga, pilates, cryotherapy and meditation, we’re obsessed with being, well, well. And we know we’re not the only ones. But if you’ve ever looked down at your hands and wondered how your mani could benefit from your healthy ‘tude, too, your (meditative) prayers have been answered.
Los Angeles-based brand NCLA has just released a wellness-themed nail polish collection called “Pressed Collection.” Like, pressed juice, which is basically the new Cristal. The line is comprised of six bright polishes that look just like mini bottles of pressed juice.
The shades are Avocado Bravado, Banana Almond Blonde, 24 Carrots, Fairykale Ending, Low Cal So Cal, and Sweet As Agave (cute, right?!) and they retail for $16 USD each.
The best part? They’re actually kind of good for you, because they’ve been made without the seven controversial chemicals that are in many polishes. (ICYWW, those chemicals are Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, TPHP and Xylene.)
