Pippa Middleton and Prince Harry make Tatler’s list of most eligible bachelors and bachelorettes
Tatler has declared Pippa Middleton and Prince Harry as two very eligible Brits (can we get a duh?).
The annual list that features U.K. celebrities and socialites titled “Little Black Book” put Middleton and Prince Harry in the most eligible bachelor/ette running alongside fashion favourites Cara Delevingne and Sarah Burton as well as David Attenbourough (who’s nearing his 90th birthday).
Despite Prince Harry’s recent shame spiral from a NSFW photo scandal in Las Vegas, we can’t say we’re surprised to see him on the list—he is a prince after all, and an attractive one at that. And as for Pippa Middleton, if having a duchess for a sister and her recent release of her book Celebrate, isn’t reason enough to be eligible then we don’t know what is.
A highlight of the list is Tatler’s description of Middleton, “Pippa might have a mischievous face, but don’t expect her to do anything silly any time soon. She has her head screwed on and is remarkably polite. Slim, tanned and exotic, she looks more like a Mediterranean jet setter than an in-law of the House of Windsor and is a really good swimmer. Telling the world how to throw a jolly good party with her first book Celebrate: A Year of British Festivities.”
Her book Celebrate, was released yesterday but the launch party was a quite the event in London last week. She had four designer outfit changes throughout the press day and told a select group of children who were oblivious to her royal connections that, “I was a tomboy. I bet when you’re 10 you will love pink and you will love princesses.”
Not according to one child who was attending the event (to make some of the crafts of her book) because they replied, “I hate princesses.” Pippa’s response? “Better not talk about that one.”
Moving on, here’s hoping Middleton and Prince Harry can find potential suitors on the Little Black Book list. (Aka. each other…)
