Pippa Middleton is now a designer: See her collab with Tabitha Webb
Pippa Middleton may know a thing or two about choosing the right decorations for the perfect party, and now the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister has proven her sartorial design skills as well. Middleton has collaborated with designer Tabitha Webb to create a limited edition dress and scarf to help raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.
“As an Ambassador for the British Heart Foundation, I wanted to do something different and exciting on behalf of this inspiring charity,” Pippa said in a statement. Along with her new design project for charity, the 31-year old will be participating in the 40th annual bike ride from London to Brighton, England, on June 21 to raise additional funds for the charity, while increasing awareness of cardiovascular diseases. “I’m really looking forward to taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride this month and am thrilled I was able to collaborate with Tabitha on this project to help raise additional funds and awareness for the charity,” she adds.
Webb sheds light on the versatility of the feminine floral print dress, emphasizing its ability to be dressed up with pumps for a special occasion, or dressed down with a denim jacket for a casual summer day. “I’m really honoured to be a part of such an amazing project,” she adds. “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Pippa throughout the designing process and we are delighted with the outcome.”
The dress is available now on tabithawebb.co.uk, and goes for £295 ($450), while the matching scarf is priced at £95 ($145). We’re just hoping that Kate Middleton will step out in one of her sister’s designs so that we can all look like the princess for a day!
