It’s essentially the nail equivalent of having one foot firmly in the fall season and one foot still lingering in summer mode, with its expert assemblage of soft-yet-cool colours. Dreamed up earlier this month by nail artist Betina Goldstein, it’s everything we could ever hope for in a transitional manicure—and happens to look just as good on short nails as it does on long talons, for those of us who haven’t been blessed by the nail bed gods.
