September, also known as fashion month, is officially in full swing as the Spring 2015 shows in New York began last week. Easily one of our favourite times of the year, the month is about getting a taste of the collections for the upcoming season, but we get just as excited over the celebrities, editors, bloggers and other tastemakers as their street style is caught on camera outside each show.

In this first batch of photos shot over the weekend by photographer Stefania Yarhi, we’ve already spotted our first Chanel grocery bag as well as the vest coat, which we predict will be popping up in the fashion weeks to come as it’s the perfect transition piece for fall.

Our favourite street style looks include Russian editor Mirsolava Duma sporting a baby bump under her striped dress and e-boutique MyTheresa’s Justin O’Shea accessorizing his drool-worthy tattoos with just a simple tank (we can’t even). J.Crew creative director Jenna Lyons was also seen rocking a chic all-white ensemble with sneakers alongside Beautified co-founder Hannah Bronfman, while Leandra Medine sported designer Rosie Assoulin’s off the shoulder designs.

And because what would a weekend roundup be without a mention of Rihanna, we couldn’t help but covet the singer’s matching navy anorak and bucket hat outside Alexander Wang, while Nicki Minaj’s colour-blocked crop top and skirt were strictly badass.
