Another Halloween weekend has come and gone, and it’s clear that 2016 was the year of transformative makeup skills. Of course, our favourite celebs came through with amazing costumes, but it was the makeup that really stole the show. And while we’re obsessed with Elle Fanning’s gorgeous princess (angel?) costume, we have to give this year’s crown to Kylie Jenner, who dressed up as “Dirrty”-era Christina Aguilera, and killed it.
