The Unexpected Way You MIGHT Be Cheating on Your Partner
If you’re reading this, you’ve probably cheated on your partner without even knowing it. That’s right folks, today we’re talking Netflix cheating: the practice in which one half of a couple watches a program without their significant other.
It’s a real thing. Don’t believe us? A global study released by the American entertainment company revealed that 48 per cent of survey respondents in the U.S. have “Netflix cheated” on their partners, and 37 per cent of Canadians are also guilty as charged.
The study consisted of 30,267 participants from around the world and unveiled some incredibly fascinating information. For example, Brazil and Mexico were found to be the home of the most Netflix cheaters, with 57 per cent and 58 per cent, respectively. On the contrary, the most loyal viewers happen to reside in the Netherlands (73 per cent), Germany (65 per cent) and Poland (60 per cent).
In Canada, a whopping 76 per cent of respondents admitted that they had never planned to cheat, and 61 per cent say that watching a show after bae falls asleep isn’t considered cheating at all.
