Summer is just around the corner (we can feel it!), which means action-packed movies are hitting the screens—and stars are showing off their sartorial A-game at the world premieres. From Maleficent to Godzilla to X-men, here’s 10 best dressed looks from the many red carpet movie premieres that occurred this past weekend.
Ditching their eveningwear from the previous night’s dinner reception, Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning complemented each other in lovely white ensembles at the London photocall of Maleficent. While Fanning lightened up the mood in a flamenco-inspired outfit, Jolie showed hints of her alter ego with raven-painted details splashed across her elegant cocktail dress.
X-Men: Days of Future Past has officially kicked off its promo tour, which means Jennifer Lawrence is back on the red carpet radar. Following the footsteps of fellow brand ambassador Marion Cotillard, JLaw also did not show in Dior (shocker!) and instead channeled a vampy ‘90s look by Jason Wu. We’re not sure if this was a one-time thing or the Academy Award-winning actress is actually expanding her wardrobe, but with this on-trend spring look for her first non-Dior appearance, we’re hoping this will not be the last.
