People from here are always in a rush because the rhythm of the city, they’re not very laid back about anything. They walk very fast. They talk very fast. Hong Kong is energetic, international and a food paradise, but we also love nature. I think one of the biggest misconceptions about Hong Kong is that we’re a concrete jungle. We have amazing beaches, and we’re all about the mountains. Some of my favourite hikes are the Lantau Peak and the Lantau Trail. The trail is 70 kilometres, but you don’t have to do it all at once!
