You’ve no doubt seen the ALS #icebucketchallenge taking over your newsfeed, and now the fundraiser has the fashion world jumping on board. After being nominated by her daughter, fashion’s first lady Anna Wintour recently took the plunge—decked out in her bob, shades, and all!

The online campaign for ALS —a progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes loss of muscle control and paralysis—has raised a whopping 41.8 million dollars (and counting!). You can learn more about the cause and donate at ALS.ca.

We’ve seen a ton of celebrities take the challenge over the last several days, but, there’s something great about top designers setting aside their always-impeccable style to get drenched on camera (a good cause is likely the only reason you’ll ever see Wintour with a disheveled bob).

Other fashionable participants include Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Valentino’s honorary president, Giancarlo Giammetti. Up next is (hopefully) Stella McCartney, as she’s been nominated by Gwyneth Paltrow.

Take a look at some of fashion’s elite participating in the ALS #icebucketchallenge and get inspired to take the plunge yourself!
