TIFF 2015: The 18 best dressed men on the red carpet
When it comes to TIFF red carpet, our attention is naturally on the ladies. But with TIFF 2015 wrapping up in a few days and it being Friday, we feel like it would be the responsible thing to do by shining the limelight on the men this time around. A little eye candy never hurt […]

SNP’s TIFF word of the day: Meet-cute
Word: Meet-cute
Meaning: A romantic-comedy trope in which two future lovers meet in a wildly unlikely and thus totally fateful way.
Usage: “Oscar and Amy fall in love. And what a Meet Cute they have! On their first evening together, they go out for the evening, their taxi explodes (yes, explodes) and they run in the rain and wade in the mud and find a restaurant where they eat tuna melts that make them sick and they run outside and hurl. This is the Meet Cute as Meet Puke.” ― Roger Ebert in his review of Three to Tango, 1999.

TIFF partysphere: Jon Hamm and Gerard Butler amp up the stud-factor at George Stroumboulopoulos’ Hazelton Hotel bash
Getting in and around Friday night’s George Stroumboulopoulos Hazelton Hotel Takeover was not an easy feat, to say the least. That, however, didn’t make it any less fun. Rolling up to the hotel in my for-one-night-only Cadillac Escalade—complete with suited-up driver and white TIFF logos emblazoned on the side—throngs of onlookers peered through the windows to see who we were and gave us panic attacks in the meantime. We were not Keira, as it turned out. Later, inside, friend, office mate and Toronto Life associate online editor Kevin Naulls has the misfortune of falling with a wine glass. We won’t share the bloody details. The patio was much easier to navigate, and we spotted the Strombo himself greeting Gerard Butler, Paul Giamatti, and a one Jon Hamm looking hotter than ever, if that’s even possible.

Coco Rocha appearing in Vogue isn’t exactly news, an upcoming spread will feature the newlywed model with her husband James Conran. Can we get an awwww? [Fashionista]
