When I went to Toronto’s flagship Nike recently store to learn about the new Nike+ GPS iPhone app ($1.99 on iTunes), I prayed that they wouldn’t ask me to run. Thankfully they didn’t, but after inspecting the application I actually wished they had.

While it has yet to be seen what the longer legacy of the Olympics will be, one that’s sticking around for now is Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe (nikereuseashoe.com/Vancouver) drive. The CFDA had a Town Hall meeting last night to discuss the relevancy of out-of-season fashion weeks in the Internet age.
