Today it was announced that Gisele is the new face of Chanel’s forthcoming Les Beiges makeup line, a collection that represents “natural beauty, simplicity, freedom and a healthy glow.” Les Beiges is not a colour cosmetics collection—it’s simply a new sheer powder product. But this back-to-the-basics approach is why Gisele was chosen to represent Les Beiges: “Modern, independent and positive, [Gisele] is also a nature lover who has a healthy lifestyle and enjoys the great outdoors,” said the brand via press release.
