Ever since emerald was announced as the Pantone colour of the year for 2013, it’s been trending as a must-wear shade for both fashion and beauty. It didn’t seem fair to let Style Panel have all the fun—and that’s why we’re excited to announce the debut of the FASHIONmagazine.com Beauty Panel. We’ve asked a select group of talented Canadian beauty bloggers to share their hair and makeup know-how with our readers through photo and video tutorials.
