We always look forward to the Greta Constantine (gretaconstantine.com) show. Designers Stephen Wong and Kirk Pickersgill are the go-to pair for silk jersey dresses that are ready to party party. (Their frocks have been spotted on the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Kreesha Turner, Iman and Nelly Furtado.) So when we heard they were doing pants for fall, we had to talk.

After seeing zillion bondage dresses, we’re happy to see a fresh take on the bandage trend in this Lovely’s layered skirt.

We’re not sure if this lovely is sporting a sweater, a breastplate or a poncho, we just know it’s one of the only times we’ve seen pom-poms used to non-circusy effect.

I’ve started to slip into the delusional state that is called “almost the end of fashion week”, where it all becomes a blur of coltish legs and directional hair. We’d be jumping too if we got to go to Paris. Or maybe she just really loves her fabulous bag.

The MisShapes’ Leigh Lezark is more Flowers in the Attic than spring garden, but we can’t fault her–the collections are beautifully bleak.

It really isn’t Paris fashion week proper until the Chanel show. Held in the stunning, light-bathed Grand Palais (it’s so beautiful it makes me use phrases like “light-bathed”!) and with Katie Mossypants in the audience, bien sur, the show was classic Karl.

We’re suckers for a bright lip and this Lovely’s neon pink shade made our day.
