So if you’re planning to head to the Grande Pomme for a shopping trip, do it like a Gossip Girl would. First things first, set up base camp at The New York Palace (455 Madison Ave., newyorkpalace.com). The posh midtown spot is practically a character in the show (Chuck Bass has a suite there, Serena lived there, Serena and Blair eat there) and many of the show’s scenes are shot in its various rooms. Speaking of rooms—the bathrooms alone are giant enough to store a week’s worth of conspicuous consumption, and the location—adjacent to Bergdorfs and within skipping distance (wear flats!) of several GG-friendly stores—makes it’s the dream spot for a retail rendezvous. Or ten.
