Loose-fitting trousers definitely fit into the category of “tricky trends”–it’s rare the soul who can make a true drop crotch work–but this Lovely’s slightly structured slouch looks breezy, not try-hard.
If you’ve ever tried to wear a floor length skirt, you know that the key to pulling it off is proportion. These two Lovelies work the look by mixing in a bit of masculine styling to very feminine pieces.
Hanneli again! We’re breaking with our no-black-leather policy on the Paris street fashion shots because we love her silver waterfall necklace the silver waterfall on her Rad Hourani dress.
Also: Check out the studs on the bottom of her bag–do not mess with her.
Here’s BryanBoy–that’s Monsieur Bryan Boy to you, as per his calligraphied LV invite. The thrilla from Manila has been wearing Rad Hourani around this town all week, and looking–his word–fabu. After the Vuitton show, we talked about how cool Canadians are right now: Rad, Mark Fast, Jeremy Laing.. “What’s in your water?” he demanded to know. Well, we have some of the cleanest tap water in the world, so not a lot. Maybe it’s in our beer?
We can’t decide which we like better here: The sophisticated mix of colours, the softly draped layers or her perfectly worn elfin boots. Do we really have to choose?
The most luxist, label-laden editors at PFW, overwhelmingly of Eastern Euro provenance, have me considering a new coinage: editrussky? Ninety per cent of the time, I loathe their looks. But after the Chanel show today, I found one adorable example: this little Muscovite all deco`d out in Mary Katrantzou. Great to see the talented London designer getting street-styled abroad.
We love this casual-chic look that pairs runners with a crimson velvet military blazer decorated with a mishmash of flashy brooches and thrown over a psychedelic peekaboo pattern. How very Sgt. Pepper.
