Want to see Karl Lagerfeld’s barn in Vermont? Apparently, it will be making an appearance in Chanel’s fall campaign. Do you think he keeps livestock in there? A cache of Diet Coke? So many questions… [Fashionologie]
The discussion of men’s brows continues. James Dean comes in at number 2 on this list, after Robert Pattinson. What? And why is Zac Efron there? And unfortunately for Janine at BeautyGeeks, the Rock didn’t make the cut. This is clearly a hot-button issue. [Beauty Blogging Junkie]

Daily reads: The Karl rumour, dress like Oasis and scrunchies are (not really) back
Emanuel Ungaro's Esteban Cortazar. Photography by Peter Stigter Faster than it took us to type this sentence, Chanel quashed the whole Karl’s leaving rumour. [A Shaded View, The Cut]
Nobody’s quashed the whole Esteban’s leaving Ungaro over Lindsay Lohan rumour (please let it be a rumour). Though thankfully the house is just considering her for a print campaign, not a creative role. [WWD]
You may also be hearing that scrunchies are back in style, but you won’t be hearing it from us. [Glamour]

Model Sigrid Agren talks to Karl Lagerfeld for Interview. It’s full of the regular Karl-isms: “Who has the idea to name you Sigrid?” “There’s no ‘again.’ There’s only the future.” and “I think everyone should go to bed like they have a date at the door.” But, just like everyone everywhere’s dad, feels that ’60s music was the best. Paris: Chanel Fall 2009, plus Barbie and Goyard
CHANEL Fall 2009. Photography by Peter Stigter It really isn’t Paris fashion week proper until the Chanel show. Held in the stunning, light-bathed Grand Palais (it’s so beautiful it makes me use phrases like “light-bathed”!) and with Katie Mossypants in the audience, bien sur, the show was classic Karl.

Jerry Hall plays Mrs. Robinson for Chanel
For Chanel’s exclusive spring accessories catalogue, Karl Lagerfeld was inspired by Léa de Lonval (a Mrs. Robinson-esque character from Colette’s Chéri). The star? The intimable Jerry Hall wooing an inappropriately young Turk. We’ve got more shots after the jump.

Winnipeg: The baby blazer
Winter’s here. And as much as it breaks my heart to say the words, I will persevere–by going shopping. I was in need of an autumn jacket and knew exactly what I was looking for, but could never find: the mini schoolboy blazer that’s been dotting the runways for the past few seasons.
