Shiseido announced this morning that Jennifer Connelly will be their first ever global spokesperson—a decision that was made on the eve of the brand’s 140th anniversary. WWD reports that Connelly will make her Shiseido debut as the face of their Future Solution LX skincare line with an ad campaign this fall.

Jennifer Connelly, Balenciaga’s brand ambassador, wore an asymmetrical mixed media dress from the label’s Spring 2011 collection to the Night of Stars event in New York City yesterday.
