After four weeks of plastering ourselves to our TV screens, football (or soccer) fever has officially ended yesterday with Germany taking home the 2014 World Cup title. Just like us, celebrities cheered on their faves, whether they were at the game or at home wearing head-to-toe gear in support of their teams. We spotted many celebrities throughout the month, but yesterday’s final match between Germany and Argentina drew some of the hottest stars, including David Beckham, Mick Jagger and Ashton Kutcher, to name a few. While all eyes were on these soccer-loving men, we were digging the A-list ladies who joined in on the action. And judging by their tweets and Instagram posts, whether they supported their teams in the stadium or cheered on from the comfort of their home, one thing is for certain, celebs know how to get in the spirit in style. From Jennifer Lopez’s stellar opening performance to Shakira’s red-hot closing act, we’re celebrating the games by rounding up our 13 favourite World Cup 2014 celebrity style moments.

The 18^th annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show, aka our equivalent of the Superbowl, went down in New York on Wednesday. As we’ve come to expect, it was bigger and better than ever, boasting 40 models (the largest roster ever), performances by Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy and girl group Neon Jungle and the instalment of the $10 Million Fantasy Bra debuted by Angel Candice Swanepoel. 2013’s edition of the larger than life fashion show allowed for a crazy number of stats we’d love to see in one bejewelled infographic, but since it’s Friday, we’ll just list ‘em for you like so:

Glitter, gloss, wings, 6-inch heels, plenty of pink, big, sexy hair and legs that go on for days—the Victoria’s Secret Angels know how to give good glam. Hours before the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show began, we headed backstage amidst clouds of hairspray, racks of Swarovski-encrusted pink satin Victoria’s Secret robes and throngs of editors/bloggers/photographers to get the inside scoop from the heavenly ones (The jitters! The diets! The costumes!). Pre-show, Twitter was a-buzz with news of Karlie Kloss’s new ‘do but post-show it was all about her controversial Native American-inspired costume, which subsequently will be pulled from the televised show on December 4th. From Justin Bieber to Bruno Mars to mega-babe Rihanna, the musical performances didn’t disappoint, nor did the star-studded front row which included Alexander Wang, 30 Rock’s Katrina Bowden, Debbie Harry, members of Kings of Leon , Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr and Vanessa Hudgens and her boyfriend Austin Butler. Anja Rubik has joined the ranks of Natasha Poly, Lily Aldridge and Kate Moss as the newest wedded supermodel. The face of Fendi married her fiancé and fellow model Sasha Knezevic this past Saturday (and to think we were busy watching TV!) at a church in Deià on the Spanish island of Mallorca. The couple was blessed with a picture-perfect day—in addition to their genetic superiority—which helped make the day look like a high-end campaign rather than a real-life wedding.

The only potential crimp in the picture? Rubik’s custom-made Peter Dundas dress, which struck some as mullet-esque. In somewhat of a shocking reveal, the hemline was (super) short in the front and drew out into a long, layered train. We’re guessing her thought process went something like, “Just look at these legs.” Belted at the waist and fuller in the bottom, the white silk was a perfect contrast to Rubik’s dark tan. The model’s upper back was covered with lace, which came together with a bow at her neck.

But back to that mullet. For some, wedding gowns are best as classic, simple pieces. But to be fair, Rubik was staying true to her own taste with a touch of bohemian and rock ‘n’ roll. The dress had both Rubik and Dundas written all over it, whether the critics liked it or not.
