The longest celebrity marriages: 10 couples who have stood the test of time
Our hearts collectively broke when Lady Gaga announced earlier this week that she and fiancé, Taylor Kinney, were going to be taking a break from their 5 year relationship. While we’re not-so-secretly hoping that they’ll reconcile, we can’t say that we’re all that surprised either. The sad fact is, celebrity romances tend to be short-lived. […]

Best red hair: We count down 10 of Hollywood’s top redheads
See the best red hair in Hollywood »
There is no doubt that red hair instantly stands out in a sea of blondes and brunettes. Once rare and unique in Hollywood, red seems to be the hair colour of choice for some of the hottest celebrities. And although there are only a handful of famous natural redheaded beauties, the colour remains a top choice for temporary (read: attention-grabbing) dye jobs. Think about it: also almost every leading lady has a red phase on record.
While we can easily pin Jessica Chastain, Isla Fisher and Julianne Moore as natural redheads, other celebrities have had red hair for so long that we basically consider the shade as the one they were born with. Although hair colour chameleon Emma Stone is often mistaken as a true redhead—her go-to copper hue perfectly suits her flawless porcelain skin—she’s actually a blonde. (Same with Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks!) Amy Adams also wears her red hair well, likely because it’s just a touch brighter than her natural strawberry blonde shade.

Isla Fisher vs. Carey Mulligan: Who was best dressed at The Great Gatsby premiere?
See the premiere looks up close »
Given all the high fashion hype surrounding The Great Gatsby, there was no doubt that the celebs that showed up to the film’s premiere last night in New York would look their very best. With an A-list that included not only Hollywood heavyweights (Jennifer Lawrence snuck in after the red carpet), but high-powered moguls as well (think Anna Wintour at one end, and Martha Stewart at the other), there were some serious looks, to say the least.
At the centre, was the film’s star, Carey Mulligan, who channeled none of her alter ego Daisy Buchanan in a sculpted strapless red midi dress by Lanvin and sky-high black Brian Atwood platform sandals. She completed the look with simple, but exquisite jewellery by Tiffany & Co., who, if you need a reminder, are heavily interwoven with the film.
Playing off her feminine side, current FASHION cover girl Isla Fisher stepped out in a floor-length floral gown by Dolce & Gabbana and a Roger Vivier clutch. Bringing a little bit old Hollywood to the carpet, Fisher finished off her look with her signature red hair swept to one side with red lipstick and cat eyeliner.

FASHION Magazine May 2013 Cover: Isla Fisher
Weeks before Isla Fisher started to prep for the onslaught of worldwide premieres for her latest film, The Great Gatsby, the 37-year-old actress took time out to pose for FASHION’s May 2013 issue and chat with our features editor, Elio Iannacci.
Aside from talking about her upcoming film roles (she has four films slated for release this year), the mother of two and wife of funny man Sascha Baron Cohen talked about her heroes, her style choices and, of course, her thoughts on comedy.
Here are a few of the highlights from the upcoming May 2013 cover story:
On her two favorite red carpet dresses:
“I still love what I wore to the London premier of Wedding Crashers even though I wore it years ago. It was a Chanel pale pink strapless dress. I also love this midnight blue Herve Legere number I wore to the Golden Globes when my husband won for Borat.” -
Patricia Field and the redemption of a Shopaholic
I’ve got a confession to make: I hate chick flicks. There’s nothing wrong with them, per se, they’re just not my thing. That doesn’t mean I haven’t seen How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Chasing Liberty, because I have and I loved them. (I may have even seen one in the theatres). It’s just that, if given the choice between, say, 27 Dresses and Anchorman, I’m going with Will Ferrell every time.
