The scoop on Anne Hathaway’s Valentino wedding dress (and headband!) Plus, additional Blake Lively bridal details
This summer it felt like the wedding bells kept ringing, and ringing, and ringing and, oh you get the picture. It was a big summer for celebrities like Natalie Portman who tied the knot with French choreographer and Black Swan co-star and Drew Barrymore who married art consultant Will Kopelman. Even our favourite Man Repeller, Leandra Medine, locked it down with longtime on and off boyfriend Abe Cohen.
On the long list of summer celebrity weddings, Blake Lively and Anne Hathaway were some of the most talked about. Mouths were agape when it was revealed Lively didn’t wear Chanel OR Gucci when secretly marrying Ryan Reynolds. She opted to wear a custom made Marchesa gown (not too shabby).

Paris Fashion Week Spring 2013 Street Style: 60+ shots including Kanye West, Carine Roitfeld, Leandra Medine and yep, Balenciaga’s sci-fi sweater is still going strong
See the latest street style photos from Paris!
If you’re having a case of the Mondays, today’s edition of street style photos from Paris Fashion Week will definitely be the cure. This weekend our street style photographer Stefania Yarhi has captured 50 plus photos from outside the tents, including a mix of celebrities, editors, and all-around well-dressed folks.
The rapper behind the song Christian Dior Denim Flow—that is, Kanye West—made quite the appearance outside Dior cloaked in very on-trend tuxedo jacket paired with a heavy gold chain (Kim Kardashian for once wasn’t his accessory du jour). We also spotted Carine Roitfeld, Olivia Palermo and Leigh Lezark outside Dior—which, given that it was Raf Simons first ready-to-wear collection for the brand, was one of the more buzzed about shows.

Confessions of a fashion girl: Everything P’Trique ever says has been said by someone I know in the last week
You know when people were like “I don’t relate to Girls,” and you were like “You’re lying”? Well that’s how I’ll feel if anyone tries to make it seem like they haven’t said at least four of the things that P’Trique (a.k.a. the genius behind the “Sh*t Fashion Girls Say” video series) has ever said, […]

Jump to: RACHEL ROY, DESIGNER | AMY VERNER, WRITER | ESSIE WEINGARTEN, ESSIE FOUNDER | ELAINE LUI, LAINEY GOSSIP | LEANDRA MEDINE, MAN REPELLER
For our final vintage Mother’s Day tribute, we reached out to Man Repeller‘s Leandra Medine, who passed on this delightful photo of her mother back in the day. We may never know what mama Medine was pondering in said photo, but what we do know is that whatever patent top action she’s got going on right there is seriously amazing. Happy Mother’s Day!

Inside Holt Renfrew’s blog fête: Toronto’s finest Man Repeller enthusiasts looking unfortunately sexy
If not for the many male accoutrements and red lips, we’d have spotted the largest convergence of stylish man repellers in the city at Holt Renfrew on Tuesday night. Gathered to meet their maker, Man Repeller’s Leandra Medine, at the launch of Holts’ in-house blog, Holts Muse, said repellers looked, well, unfortunately sexy, gussied up in many a layered shirt/sweater/skirt combo. The most un-man repellent of the bunch, Holts fashion gal Mackenzie Yeates, wore a set of lace-veiled bunny ears atop an all-black getup, while Holts PR’s Amina Said donned a pair of skin-tight leather pants. Meanwhile, the Man Repeller herself—in the MOST amazing bejewelled Dannijo necklace, we might add—rattled off her top five tips to dressing just like her:
1. White t-shirt
2. Crop top over t-shirt
3. Chambray button-up unbuttoned
4. Leather jacket
5. Sequin pencil skirtWell, if there’s a man out there who doesn’t get sequins, then we don’t want him anyway.
