They said/We said: We (and the rest of the world) place bets on what Angelina Jolie and her leg will be wearing on her wedding day
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are officially engaged, so move over Will and Kate, because it’s been dubbed the “true wedding of the century.” (Believe us, we wish we were lying.) Hyperbole aside, the news has spurred a million questions: What will she wear? Will Brad shave his god-awful beard? Will she Angeleg at the altar? Has Brad been practicing his lines to avoid pulling a Ross-says-Rachel at the wedding?

They said/We said: Want to look like Kim on your big day? Vera Wang’s does Kardashian gowns for David’s Bridal
Our curiosities were uh, piqued last month when we saw the sneak peek of the Kim Kardashian–inspired wedding gowns Vera Wang designed for budget bridal company David’s Bridal. SNP’s word of the day: Weddingitis
Word: Weddingitis
Meaning: According to the inestimable Urban Dictionary, it’s an “ailment from attending too many weddings or the byproduct of having too many friends become engaged when you are still single. Side effects include outbursts of “AWWWWWW!!” and deep sighs. Lately, this -itis has become a far greater threat: studies show you can catch it even from people you don’t know, and a rash of celebrity weddings, spreading virally, has everyone in danger.

Bhldn: Saving bridesmaids everywhere
For a good swath of us, right now is bridesmaid season, which can be a trying time—if not as hilariously eventful as that of Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy. It’s those months leading up to summer when showers and bachelorettes have to be planned, decorations consulted upon and, of course, matching dresses bought. Unless your bride-friend is going the “just get a black dress” route (yeah right), this can be torturous exercise in body shape assessment, silhouette negotiation and perusal of thousands of geriatric satin numbers, many of which are composed of highly flammable fibres and aren’t lined properly. Need we mention that those will never be worn again?

Marc Jacobs did sort of have a wedding in St. Barths
Remember when Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone got married in St. Barths? But then they said they didn’t? That it was just an engagement party? Well, guess what? It really was a wedding. Sort of. There’s still paperwork. Martone told Butt magazine:
In the end, we just had an intimate ceremony at a friend’s house with people who were already on the island. Although the official wedding documents won’t be signed till later this year, so legally we’re not married yet.
But we bet you’re wondering, What does Robert Duffy have to say about all this? Duffy took to Twitter to answer what must have been a deluge of questions as to Jacobs’ marital status.
