Dan Levy’s ‘Don’t Go Bacon My Heart’ Caesar is *Very* Canadian
Happy National Caesar Day, world! To celebrate this very special day (May 18), Canadian actor and star/writer/producer of Schitt’s Creek, Dan Levy, has created the official Caesar of 2017, aptly called “Don’t Go Bacon My Heart.” The reason? Two strips of maple bacon (a Dan Levy speciality) added to the garnish. But that’s not all! You […]

Dan Levy brings D.L. Eyewear to Toronto for a mid-summer party
See the D.L. Eyewear party pics »
For those in pursuit of statement frames without the statement price tag, Canadian television personality Dan Levy has the answer(s) to your optical woes. His new label, D.L Eyewear came home for a trunk show and party at west end boutique Jonathan + Olivia last Thursday, where party-goers including Lainey Gossip’s Elaine Lui, MTV Canada’s Sharlene Chiu and the designer’s own funny-guy dad Eugene Levy sipped drinks as they tried on the event’s debut design, Whitehall, which is priced at just $95.
The collection reflects Levy’s own optical sensibilities with unisex thick-framed options in a variety of shades including matte black and deep amber tortoise. And, with such a trigger happy price point, the poster boy for thick frames is making good on sharing his statement accessory with us all.

What’s in your bag, Dan Levy?
See inside Dan Levy’s bag » For the past 7 years, Dan Levy has been part of the Canadian pop cultural consciousness. Inside the SMUT Soirée: 15 photos of Toronto’s fashionable set getting the celebrity lowdown with Lainey Gossip
See the party photos from SMUT Soirée Toronto »
There’s basically two ways to keep up with celebrity gossip: Through the tabloids or through Lainey Gossip. Both are gratifying, but Lainey’s generally the only one telling the truth—her smart brand of gossip is all about the reasons behind why we hear the stories we do about celebrities. Needless to say, Lainey Gossip devotees are a dedicated bunch, which led to the creation of the SMUT Soirée: an annual event where Lainey goes even deeper with her Hollywood intel to reveal blind items, answer gossip questions and more. What started as a Toronto-only event is now a cross-Canada tour, with last night’s Toronto stop being the city’s eighth SMUT Soirée.

Toronto Fashion Week Spring 2013 Street Style: 30 shots of mustard-yellow pants, stylish rain hats and print-mixing outside the shows
See the latest street style photos from Toronto Fashion Week »
The second day of World MasterCard Fashion Week started with a literal Fashion Shower, a.k.a. it was pouring rain, but there was our street style photographer, Stefania Yarhi, outside in said rain capturing the action. If anything, the doom and gloom of the sky made show-goers turn to colour (funny how that happens) as well as hats—what better to hide the cursed rain hair with?
Dan Levy continued on with the coloured pant trend and matched his yellow-cuffed jeans with a pair of baby blue Converse for a casual and successful fashion week outfit. But really, nothing says casual like the studded eye patch (Peter Gatien 2.0?) we saw one brave man wearing. He was living life on the edge with his combination of studs on his eye plus the studs on his ring.

Inside Lainey Gossip’s latest Toronto SMUT Soiree: Dirt diehards get lash applications while dirty Skarsgård and Travolta details are leaked!
Dirt diehards came from Thunder Bay, Ottawa, London and even Montreal for Toronto’s 7th Annual Smut Soiree to hear Elaine “Lainey” Lui dish with Dan Levy as her wingman. Held at Evergreen Brickworks, and hosted by The Society and Laineygossip.com, the event was rampant with girls putting on their try, with a sea of jersey, towering heels and neon accessories as far as the eye could see. Stations offering press-on manicures by Broadway nails, lashes by Ardell, makeup applications by Stila and hair primping by John Frieda stylists were being mobbed like a Twilight premiere.
But gossip was the main event, and promptly at 8:30 p.m., the talk was flowing. Among the revelations:
