Judging by all of the girls we snapped coming out of the Alexander Wang show (ahem, Liya Kebede, Magdalena Frackowiak, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Frankie Rayder to name a few), she calls her bf, or her mom, or her agent. What do celebs do? They stop and pose for our boy Lewis, is what they do. Oh, snap! (Get it?)

Replace candy for clothes, and Fashion’s Night Out could easily be described as the Halloween of fashion (no, not because it’s scary). For one night only, the streets of New York are jam-packed with merrymakers trying to navigate their way from one party to the next. In and amongst the crowd, our boy Lewis Mirrett was snapping away, capturing all of the festivities in his signature vibrant way! We’re feeling pretty jazzed by the photos, and have added some hilarious (we hope!) captions to add to the fun. Enjoy!

Summer festival season finally hit Canada this past weekend with Montreal’s annual fest, Osheaga. In between some seriously stellar sets from Eminem, Janelle Monáe as well as Canada’s own Death from Above 1979 and Crystal Castles, Toronto-based photographer Phil Birnbaum was snapping the fedora and feather-wearing pretties. This past weekend, Pitchfork Festival and its throngs of music-loving fans took over Chicago for three days of performances by the likes of Gang Gang Dance, Fleet Foxes, Animal Collective and Odd Future. Toronto gals Lauren Baker and Nicole Dagenais were there to catch all the stylish babes in the crowd as they rocked with some seriously cute shades and umbrellas all weekend long.

Despite Sahara-like temps and Dust Bowl-esque air quality, more than 80, 000 music lovers (including yours truly) camped out on a farm outside Nashville, Tennessee, for Bonnaroo, a four-day music fest that brought together the likes of Arcade Fire, Lil Wayne, Sleigh Bells, Robyn and Girl Talk, alongside a Ferris wheel, a massive waterslide and a whole lot of glow sticks. Among the throngs of mainly swimsuit-wearing attendees, we spotted a whole bunch of cuteness in the form of gals (and a few rockstar guys) decked out in modern-day hippie garb. The stylish set hit the desert this past weekend for Coachella, the three-day celebration of hot new bands in the California sun. In and amongst a huge crowd rocking out to the likes of Kanye West, Interpol, The Strokes and The Arcade Fire, Toronto gal Lauren Baker (owner and curator of one of the city’s most beloved designer consignment and vintage stores, LAB Consignment) was snapping photos of some of the cutest guys and gals, including a one Miss Alexa Chung.

This fashion week, the style on the street (or rather, red carpet) outside of the shows was at times even better than what was being shown on the runway. Especially when captured by the lens of our prodigal street photog, Lewis Mirrett. Here are the last shots of what was captured from the last day of shows. Our favourite? The inimitable Jeanne Beker in an embroidered Christopher Kane biker jacket.
