Sterling Cooper for sale: Buy one of Joan’s dresses, or perhaps Don Draper’s desk
Sterling Cooper‘s assets are being auctioned off a piece at a time, which would be sad, were it not a set for a fictional company and if we weren’t distracted by the fact that you can also buy one of Joan “Joanie” Harris’ famously Roger-attracting dresses. Pieces from the Mad Men set, office furniture mostly, are being auctioned off on eBay to benefit City of Hope, a L.A. County hospital focused on cancer treatment.

Fashion news: Bardot disses Sarkozy, Lady Gaga’s stylist gets no respect, and Daphne Guinness’ airport entertainment
Does Janie Bryant ever sleep? The Mad Men costume designer, who has also created clothing line for sale on QVC, a nail polish range and vlogs for Banana Republic, has now teamed up with the 88-year-old brassiere brand Maidenform to work on a viral marketing campaign. Will be as successful as the legendary “I dreamed I…” campaign from the 50s and 60s? Only YouTube will tell… [Fashionista]
T’was tweeted: “thanks vanity fair for NOT crediting me in the story….VANITY UN-FAIR …..agrhhh!!!!” Argh indeed, according to stylist Nicola Formichetti, the man behind the much-buzzed gray-haired Lady Gaga Vanity Fair shoot, the mag didn’t credit him for his work. And off to Twitter it went. [@formichetti via Racked]

Fashion news: Lara Stone sues French Playboy, Mad Men nail polish and Olivier Zahm’s broken heart
Purple mag editor Olivier Zahm has been dumped by his main lady love, Natacha Ramsay, for another man. Zahm wrote a post on Purple Diary, which was accompanied by an image of a shattered frame of an image of the two during happier times. An excerpt: “She called me to tell me that she loves him, that we are finished. I asked her to come back two times and she said no two times […] Right now I’m just a mess.” [Purple Diary]
Angela Missoni, who has been the creative director of her clothing line and family biz since 1996, is thinking of stepping down within the next two years and plans to hand the reigns over to her daughter Margherita. [Vogue UK]
Lara Stone is suing French Playboy for publishing nude shots of her without her permission. Stone maintains: “It’s not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.” [The Cut]

Fashion news: Lagerfeld’s World Cup tribute, Peggy Olson’s new ‘do and Isaac Mizrahi, 90210 lover?
Today’s Karl Lagerfeld-edited edition of French newspaper Libération is pretty much all about Karl. And sexy drawings of soccer players. [Fashionista]
And about those illustrations: “I use Shu Uemura makeup for drawing, as they have the most beautiful color palette. Did you know that in the old days, children’s books were illustrated using makeup sticks?” [WWD]
Attention, 90210 fans: If you always wanted the bow dress that Kelly–and Brenda!–wore in the “Spring Dance,” episode you’ll find it in Isaac Mizrahi‘s resort collection [Yahoo!]

Style advice from a third-grade boy
Here’s third-grader Arlo Weiner, son of Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner. Eight-and-a-half and better dressed than most breeched (i.e. not in short pants) men, Arlo has been dubbed “the littlest dandy” by GQ. We picked up a few style tips from the magazine’s youngest correspondant:

Fashion news: Pregnant Jourdan Dunn walks runway, Heidi Klum changes name, Brooks Brothers sells Mad Men suits and more
Morning sickness didn’t stop a very pregnant Jourdan Dunn from walking the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier. The glowing model wore a padded cone bra with matching maternity plate, looking like a Roman soldier in her first catwalk appearance at the spring shows. [Fashionologie]
Heidi Klum is changing her last name to match her husband’s. Seal may be known to us solely by his first name, but the singer’s entire name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel. Heidi is opting for Samuel as her new surname. We don’t love it as much as Klum, but as long as she doesn’t change her killer legs, we’ll just have to deal. [TMZ, via Jezebel]

13-year-old fashion blogger Tavi–the not-so-new girl in town–lands the cover of Pop and gets invited to the Rodarte for Target preview. [The Cut, Lucky]

Russian model Sasha Pivovarova, who studied art before she stalked the runways, created drawings in honour of Chanel’s Paris-Moscow pre-fall show. Pivovarova also stars in the campaign. [Chanel, via Fashionologie]
Esteban Cortazar is apparently not defecting from the house of Ungaro. He’s currently working on pre-spring and tells WWD, “For now I am here.” [The Cut]
