Get fit when no one’s watching: 4 of the best ways to workout at home
We get it: between work, social events, and all the other things you do, sometimes hitting the gym just isn’t possible. But that doesn’t mean you have to forsake fitness altogether! The at-home workout is nothing new (’80s aerobics TV shows, anyone?) but it’s definitely at an all-time high. 6 tips for how to sidestep summer’s nutritional pitfalls (ahem, summer bod?) from 2 of Canada’s leading experts
As the temperatures rise, so do a lot of other things: higher hemlines, longer days and an ever-expanding desire to sit on a patio with friends, sipping on sangria and nibbling on appetizers.

We tapped into two of the country’s leading experts on nutrition, fitness and overall health to give you six tips for how to sidestep summer’s nutritional pitfalls.

Gearing up for fashion week is always a sport in itself, but this season designers and backstage beauty pros went for a literal interpretation. With slicked-back hair and rosy cheeks flushed as if they’d just come in from a run, models strode athletically down the runways in mesh tracksuits, neoprene zip-ups and jerseys ticked with racing stripes. But even if you’re not in training mode, the look is just as chic. With that in mind, we asked the elite hair and makeup pros to give us a few pointers on pulling off the trend.
