Watch Nicki Minaj transform into a pink-blooded perfume bottle right before your eyes
Nicki Minaj’s first commercial for her Pink Friday fragrance proves, yet again, that she is more than your average human. The 30-second video (set to her song “Freedom” from the album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up) shows a clumsy Minaj pricking herself on a rose thorn and transforming into the fragrance bottle. It’s a little bit freaky, sultry and puzzling all at once.
Unlike most humans, Minaj bleeds pink instead of red and her blood has the ability to change roses’ colour from black to pink and to turn her body gold. It’s like she transforms from a vampire to a gold statue with pink hair right before our eyes.

And the plot thickens. The saga of Chanel No. 5’s Brad Pitt campaign continues with a second edition of the commercial. Kristen Stewart Interview: We sit down with the star in Paris and discuss fronting Balenciaga’s Florabotanica fragrance
It’s been a mind-bending year for actress Kristen Stewart. Sarah Daniel sits down with Balenciaga’s new fragrance face.
The 3 things we learned about Kristen Stewart during our interview »
Watch the behind-the-scenes video from the campaign shoot »In the advertising campaign for Balenciaga Florabotanica (from $90, at department stores and thebay.com), Kristen Stewart, the face of the dark floral fragrance, stands amid a minefield of ominously beautiful botanicals, inspired by the same vintage Pierre Frey wallpaper that influenced Nicolas Ghesquière’s Fall 2011 collection. Hovering near a stoic Stewart is what appears to be a Venus flytrap, angling to chomp down on her head.
“I think he’s fucking amazing,” Stewart says of Ghesquière, the house’s creative director and the man who wooed her to front its latest fragrance, perhaps with the promise that she wouldn’t have to pose on satin sheets—or smile. Though, on set, she would have been willing to cooperate if that had been the order of the day. “I was like, ‘Do you want me to stand a certain way to show the curves of the dress? Do you want me to model it up?’ By default, you sort of learn these things over the years, but they were like, ‘No, no, no, just stuff your hands in your pockets and just stand there.’”

Balenciaga wants you to interview Kristen Stewart (But it might be difficult to ask her about RPatz)
For all you Kristen Stewart fans who are just dying to know the juicy details about her recent foray into the world of fashion and fragrance, here’s how you can get your answers!
Over the weekend it was announced that Kristen Stewart will be answering questions live on October 18 from the Balenciaga fragrance website. Most wanted beauty: Fun Dip for your nails, dry shampoo that doesn’t require a drop cloth, lipstick innovations and more
This month we’re coveting 10 products that are sure to please both your skin and your senses on even the most dreary fall day. Lancôme brings us a game-changing brightening serum—though the real beauty is in its unique stainless-steel applicator. Equally innovative is Estée Lauder’s latest lipstick that adds a boost to any other colour you may fancy. Also in the “amazing additions” category is Avon’s foray into nail art: adding glitter to any manicure is as easy as eating a Fun Dip. If it’s rest and relaxation you seek, may we suggest a sand scrub loaded with white and black vocanic grains? And, best of all, we feature two products that are sure to cut minutes—or even hours!—off your morning beauty routine. One is the easiest way to master the look of thick, cat-eye liner and the other is the latest innovation in dry shampoo from Shu Uemura.

Exclusive: We talk with Lady Gaga about Fame, fragrance and why being from New York makes her scent the best (Plus: 16 photos of celebs at the Fame launch party!)
Photography by Kevin Mazur/WireImage See all the party photos from the Fame launch in New York! »
Masks, tattoos and Mother Monster asleep on a couch. The party for Lady Gaga’s new fragrance, Fame ($59, thebay.com), was indeed unlike any other perfume launch. But hours before she hosted a masquerade ball at New York’s Guggenheim that brought out the A-list (Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang) and the WTF List (Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton), Lady Gaga was wide awake to talk to FASHION about her post-sex rituals (pizza and a movie!), what the colour black means to her and why being a New Yorker makes her pop star perfume better than other celeb scents.
For someone who hasn’t yet smelled Fame, can you describe your fragrance?
“It’s very sexual, it’s very addictive, but it is very chic. The metaphor of the bottle is that when you spray this product, all the good things about fame come out, and all the bad things stay inside. So when you buy this perfume, you can have the lovely smell of it, [while] I’ll be dealing with all the bullshit inside.” -
